Breakfast

Breakfast is a treat at Ravenscroft (Served between 8.30am - 9.00am)

Your day will start with one of our famous breakfasts. A selection of cereals, fruits, fresh fruit salad and sometimes homemade scones or muffins!

Our English breakfast is not for the feint-hearted. All the products used are from local suppliers and consists of eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms sautéed in butter, roasted tomatoes and potato cakes or fried bread depending on what Jackie has cooked that day.

If that is all a bit much then you are welcome to have scrambled eggs on toast or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.

For vegetarians a selection of goodies will appear in front of you, Jackie will always ask what you would like!

Everything is cooked to a high standard and served in the guests dining room / lounge area.

Lounge

The lounge at Ravenscroft is very comfortable.
Guests are welcome to use it at any time and if you fancy a quiet night in then just snuggle up on the leather armchair and pass the time reading, watching the television or whatever you want.
In the winter we have a roaring log-fire that you'll find very hard to tear yourself away from.
